Adobe Estates is a cozy, family-oriented community consisting of 123 lots. We are located in east Mesa, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 25 miles east of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport with convenient access to US-60 and State Route 202.

Adobe Estates is served by Mesa Public Schools. Children in grades Kindergarten through sixth grade attend Sousa Elementary while those in grades seventh, eighth and ninth attend Smith Junior High School. High school students attend Skyline High School.

Adobe Estates is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
